Dee’s Story
From the hospital floor to building something of my own
I grew up in Worcester. Moved here from New York as a kid, put down roots, built a life here.
This city is home- and it’s the community I’ve always wanted to serve.
For nearly two decades, I worked in hospital medicine and acute care as a board certified nurse practitioner. I loved the clinical challenge of it. I still do- caring for sick patients, making fast decisions, being someone people could count on in a crisis. That part never gets old.
But over time, something else started to bother me. I kept seeing the same pattern- people who weren’t in a crisis, but weren’t thriving either. Exhausted. Hormones off. Weight wouldn’t budge. Struggling with changes in their intimate lives that nobody wanted to talk about. And when they went to their regular doctor, they were told their labs are normal and sent home.
Normal labs. Still not feeling well. And nowhere to go.
I knew there was a better way to care for these patients. I just hadn’t built it yet.

There were years when the timing wasn’t right. I became a mother, I spent time caring for my father through his illness. When he passed in 2023, something shifted. I realized I had been waiting for the perfect moment- and that moment was now.
Dee Luxe Medical opened its doors in Worcester as the practice I always wished existed. A place where men and women could finally get real answers, real treatment, and real results- for their hormones, metabolism, intimate health, and how they feel in their own skin.
